Altheos, Inc., is a privately held, clinical stage biopharmaceutical company based in the San Francisco Bay area focused on the development of next-generation drugs that address the unmet medical needs of patients worldwide in ophthalmology, including best-in-class treatments for glaucoma.

Our lead compound is ATS907, a selective Rho kinase (ROCK) inhibitor designed specifically for topical treatment of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) associated with glaucoma. ATS907 is currently being evaluated in Phase 2a clinical studies in patients with glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
